Hourly rates for small businesses generally range from $69 to $99 per hour depending on the complexity level of the work needed and varying price plans. Generally appointments are scheduled for the next business day, although sometimes appointments are scheduled same day. Our on-site emergency-service response averages 2 hours for non Service Agreement clients and 1 Hour for Service Agreement clients. We can also provide faster response times with remote resolution.
