Our model is designed for businesses with 5 - 100 office employees in a client server environment, but we also provide services for businesses of other sizes. Do you warranty your service?

Yes, we warranty our services on projects and labor. We also take the warranty one step further by providing the Qdigital Promise. We promise that service will always be provided at the highest level or it's on us. You should never need it, but it is good to know it is there.

What are your hourly rates?

We market the value and quality of our services as our strength, but our prices aren't bad either.
Hourly rates for small businesses generally range from $69 to $99 per hour depending on the complexity level of the work needed and varying price plans. Specialty work, engineering, and consulting services start at $129 per hour. Don't like hourly billing? We also provide flat rate service plans. What is your average service response time?

Generally appointments are scheduled for the next business day, although sometimes appointments are scheduled same day. Our on-site emergency-service response averages 2 hours for non Service Agreement clients and 1 Hour for Service Agreement clients. We can also provide faster response times with remote resolution.

Do you work with other platforms beside Microsoft?
